After installing CM10.30 something happend to the textures.
I have attached a few screenshots of HL2 and EP2. Same problem in EP1
Please help

spec:
CPU: 3,2ghz dual core AMD AM2
GFX: HD4780
RAM: 4GB
OS: Windows 7 64bit

You miss a installation patch
you must download the full 10.10 mod and install each patch then install 10.30

I had the same problem because when installing the mod the first time i miss the patch 10.1 then some file used in 10.10 were missing.

So i reinstall everything and then all work fine.

Advice : reinstall everything and try not missing a installation patch

Then why the hell does the information on how to install
Cinematic_Mod_10.30_Update contains the information
"Update 10.xx -> 10.30" when its not possible ??? or
respectively only from "10.10+patches -> 10.30"....

Anyway I will download Cm10Final instead of using CM10Beta1 and try to update to CM10.30 / Again ~10gig to download... that sucks (roll)

that's your explanation - 10.30 is the only patch needed to upgrade from 10.00 but it does assume you have 10.00 final & not a beta version.

Hmm, I donÂ´t understand what you want to tell me...

I did this:

CM10Beta1 --to--> CM10.30

But as you can see on my pictures, it doesnÂ´t work !

...in the hope it will work.

And it wasnÂ´t my fault, itÂ´s a mistake on pcgameshardwareÂ´s site,
because they offered Cm10(Beta1)+Cm10.30update to combine them and
there was no chance to see that itÂ´s the beta version and that
it wonÂ´t work. It was only marked as Cm10, so from where should
a newby know that ? I donÂ´t agree with your interpretation because
C10Beta1 is anyhow a Cm10 release whatever stands behind
the "Cm10". Cm10Beta1 means itÂ´s just a Cm10 release but not
as ready as the developer thinks it should be.
It makes no sense to call something Cm10Beta1 when the Beta1
means itÂ´s a version before Cm10 as you said.
Then it would be called Cm9,5 or so.
It could be so simply if the description would contain
"Update from (Final)10.xx -> 10.30" or something like this
to prevent confusion.

So Barozi please donÂ´t tease people with useless coments.
You donÂ´t need to agree with my opinion,
but in the future you should better give ideas how

", so you were mad, because you think someone made a mistake, even though the CM-Update Readme was absolutley correct.

2. Provide more info. Where the hell should I or anybody else know where you downloaded it.

3. The beta is a version prior to 10.00. You can't argue this. It's a fact.
Here's the CM10 order:
CM 10 Beta 1 (First public beta)
CM 10 Beta 2
CM 10 Beta 3
CM 10 RC
CM 10 FINAL
CM 10.01
CM 10.02
CM 10.03
CM 10.10
CM 10.20 (Non public test release)
CM 10.30

4.I help people here on this forum. Therefore my comments aren't useless at all. I haven't seen a useful post from you though....

Cybmole knew you have the beta version when he wrote the post and he basically said that you require CM10 FULL in order to install the newest patch, which solves the issues.
Why should I say again "get CM10 FULL and install the patch 10.30" ?
AnTiWoMaAGnOT solved the issue and cybmole went in detail and said why exactly the update didn't work for you as it should.
