Is there anyway to transfer my previously played Half Life 2 profile with my progress to the Mod's version? If so how would I go about doing that?

it is not possble - best you can do is begin the MOd at start of your current chapter, after unlocking chapters via console ( instructions for that elsewhere in forum).

that way you only have to replay a small section of the game
