The download for part 2 of mod 7 isn't working. Can someone look into that?

hey bro, your probs the only one that will read this but, could u upload 2 folders that are missing in my CM7 directory? their called, vo and npc
there in the following directory,
C drive>Steam>Steamapps>SourceMods>FakefactoryCM7>sound>vo
C drive>Steam>Steamapps>SourceMods>FakefactoryCM7>sound>npc
could u plz upload them coz im not hearing anyone talk whilst playing
